Polar Puffs & Cakes is a home-grown pride that first opened its doors back in 1926, come rain or shine, we promise to deliver the highest quality of puff pastries, cakes, and confectioneries to bring comfort to every soul.
It has been a long and fulfilling journey as we grew from a one shophouse unit in Singapore to having island-wide retail stores and distribution points.

99 years of blending and mixing tirelessly, we are committed to preserving that irreplaceable flavour and texture of our handmade puff pastries and rolls. Each puff pastry we produce is unique because every piece is handmade with love.

Polar Cafe moved to Raffles Place and opening of own production facility

We strongly believe that food should bring happiness, and we dream of building traditions that can be passed down from generation to generation. With that focus in mind, many of our signature products were born – Curry Puff, Chicken Pie, Sugar Roll and more.
