Yes, you may order online and opt for self collection (except 3D cakes & party box) at selected outlets*. There are no charges for self-collection. However, there is a minimum spend of $10 for self-collection orders.

Basic delivery charge is calculated based on per order, per location and minimum spending (excluding delivery charges, privileges, vouchers, promotion code, and discounts).

No. All orders that contained a Photocake will be on pending status for our team to review the image submitted. Should there be no infringement of copyright for the submitted image, you will receive a separate email order confirmation.
All Photocake orders are required to follow a strict guideline on the infringement of copyright, which is against the law. We reserve the rights to reject any order that is against our policy.
An email will be sent to your registered email address with a link for resubmission of an alternative image. Our team will then review the resubmitted image. If it falls within our guidelines, an order confirmation will be sent to you.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: The link will expire within 24 hours. If there is no further action from you, we will proceed to cancel the order.
Should you decide not to submit another image or proceed with the Photocake order, you may email info@polarpuffs-cakes.com.my with your order number to inform us of the cancellation. You will then receive an email of the refund summary. The refund will be credited back to the account that was used during payment.
